Yes, I would like to say that I was very impressed with the customer service provided by the website team. They were caring, informative and professional from the start. Even when I had some problems with my dolls, they were always there for me and I was able to fix the dolls without any problems. However, it’s nice to know that they always give me good advice when I need it, and as for my doll herself, she’s absolutely gorgeous and I’m very happy with her. Thank you guys.
