Yes, the doll arrived early and looks exactly like the photo, no problems at all. I am very happy with her. The customer service team also helped me through almost every step of the process. There was only one issue – after the doll was shipped, I had a question about the holding process at the FedEx facility, but that had nothing to do with the seller. Luckily, the doll arrived much earlier than expected or it could have been a pain in the ass (it was also the week before Christmas, which probably wouldn’t have helped).
